Returning Items

We have the right in any circumstances, to reject any returned goods except:

  1. When we supply goods in error, such as defective product or wrong item was shipped.
  2. We have the right to change only the shoes sizes if it's the concern. Please be sure of your order size before ordering.
  3. Sale items does not include for exchange in any case.

Shipping costs for returned items are customers responsibility, however If the wrong product or defective product was shipped, shipping for customer is free of charge.

How to returned product:

  1. Send E-mail to customer service (cs@topbrandshop24.com) detailing the reason for returning the product. You will receive a response within 2-3 business days.

  2. For sending us an email we will need a Picture of the item for return and please highlight specific area of concern if it is a defective product.

Items which have been personalized like Jersey name, number or other special request cannot be returned. These items where specially created for this customer. However, again if the product is defective returning will be accepted.

Can I exchange an item?

The only item that can be exchange is shoes, for a new size. If the product is unworn and the new size is available. All other clothing items are not available for an exchange.

Items Purchased from Stores

Any item purchased at a physical location or mall retailer needs to be returned to that specific store. Conditions for returns are as follow:

  • CASH BACK
    Incase out of stock for the product exchange.
  • BE ON TIME
    Products must be returned within 7 days(after cutomer recieved the product).
  • KEEP IT ORIGINAL
    Products must be unworn, unwashed, and good as new condition.
  • EXCEPTIONS
    Bodywear or customized products can not be exchanged or returned, unless deemed defective.


Trying the Items on

The costumer may not show any signs of wear. Please ensure that when trying the shoes on, you can only walk on a carpet or any dirt-free surface. On the day that the costumer returned the product and it has a trace that it was worn, returning the item or exchange will be refused. This is not thesame case when trying on the goods can be allowed like in stores, because they have items for measuring sizes.
