Returning Items

We reserve the right, in any circumstances, to reject any returned goods except:

  1. When we supply goods in error, such as defective product or wrong item shipped.
  2. Size concerns we reserve the right, only change shoes sizes. Please be sure of your order size before order.

Shipping costs for returned items are customers responsibility, however If the wrong product or defective product was shipped, shipping for customer is free of charge.

How to returned product:

  1. Send E-mail to customer service (cs@topbrandshop24.com) detailing reason for return. You will receive a response in 2-3 business days.

  2. In the return email we will need a Picture of item for return. Please highlight specific area of concern if it is a defective product.

Items which have been personalized with Jersey name, number or other special request cannot be returned, these items where specially created for this customer. However again if product is defective return will be accepted.

Can I exchange an item?

The only item that can be exchanged is shoes for a new size IF the product is unworn and the new size is available. All other clothing items are not available for an exchange.


Items Purchased from Stores

Any item purchased at a physical location or mall retailer needs to be returned to that specific store. Conditions for returns are as follow:

  • CASH BACK
    Incase out of stock for change product.
  • BE ON TIME
    Products must be returned within 7 days(after cutomer recieved the product).
  • KEEP IT ORIGINAL
    Products must be in unworn, unwashed, as new condition.
  • EXCEPTIONS
    Bodywear or customized products can not be exchanged or returned, unless deemed defective.


Trying the Items on

The merchandise may not show signs of wear. Please ensure that when trying shoes on, you only walk on a carpet or other dirt-free surface. In the event of the merchandise showing wear return or exchange will be refused. This is not the case when the wear on the goods can be compared to the type of testing that would, for example, have been possible in a store.
